Body Dynamix takes pride in constructing individualized workout regiments based on the trainee’s
specific goals. Every trainee starts with an introductory test that measures cardiovascular endurance,
upper body explosiveness and strength, lower body explosiveness and strength, and flexibility.
Those test results are used to not only write the program, but also to measure progress along the way.
Body Dynamix trains a spectrum of people from Professional Athletes, to run of the mill business
persons, to police officers and fireman. As with anything else we do here,
Specificity is the key.

- Vibe Plate
- Mechanical vibrations are transmitted to the body through a vibration plate. As it
stimulates fast twitch muscle fibers, there is dramatic increase to explosive strength,

in more strength, more speed, more stamina, rapid recovery of muscles and tissue,
increased flexibility, mobility and coordination. All of the gains acquired are done

- Olympic Lifting
- Lifts include Clean, Clean & Jerk, Snatch, Push Press, etc… This is the type of lifting
that is done in competition around the globe. Olympic lifting is typically an integral part
of any collegiate lifting program. These lifts are done on a platform with rubber weights.
- Kettlebells

Kettlebells are actually a very old method of training. The Russian army first
introduced the kettlebell in 1704 and used it to keep their army in good cardiovascular shape,
as well as maintaining overall body strength. Kettlebells are such a functional way of
full-body training they have started to appear in more and more gyms across America and
were recently seen on the E! Channel for celebrity fitness.
- Group training and Team training
The team training program offers a customized workout program with emphasis in the
specific demands of that sport. The overall focus of the team training program is the
further development of agility, speed, power, and strength, while still focusing on
exercises that will protect the athletes from the rigors of their sport.
- Summer Performance Camp
The summer performance camp is a great opportunity to stay active and in shape over the summer.
These are scheduled classes that are offered at our facility and at Will Rogers State Beach.
Focus is put on the development of agility, speed, strength, and power. Whether it is your
first training experience or you are a seasoned pro, these classes are guaranteed to be a great workout.
- College Training Program Guidance
This program is for the college bound athletes who need to complete their schools summer
workout program. We will teach these athletes how to safely and successfully complete their
prescribed workout program. By using our facility to do your workouts, you will be under
constant supervision making sure your technique and form is correct, thereby minimizing the
chance of injury. By utilizing this program we guarantee that when you report to your school
you will not only be familiar with the workouts but you will be in the advanced group.
